LBi International AB, a Stockholm- and Amsterdam-based full-service interactive agency network, has bought Atlanta shop Creative Digital Group LLC to boost its U.S. presence.
The acquired agency reported sales of $10 million. Its 35 employees specialize in the strategy development and creative execution of online advertising and rich media campaigns.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Creative Digital Group’s acquisition will complement LBi International’s existing operations in New York.
U.S. Corporate Ventures Group advised LBi on the deal. DecisionPoint International advised Creative Digital Group.
