L’Art de Vivre, a 5-year-old upscale gift catalog in New York, agreed to merge with Indulge.com, an e-commerce site for high-end fashion, jewelry and beauty products.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. L’Art de Vivre, which has a database of 1.5 million consumers, will promote Indulge.com in its catalogs starting in April.
