La Petite Academy Picks geoVue's Solutions

GeoVue, Woburn, MA, a decision-support solutions provider for the retail, real estate, restaurant and service industries, announced last week that La Petite Academy Inc. has rolled out its strategic market planning, location analysis and target marketing solutions.

La Petite Academ, Chicago, is a large privately held early childhood education company with 600 locations nationwide. La Petite offers programs for children in several age groups, including infants, toddlers, 2-year-olds, preschoolers and those in school.

La Petite Academy purchased iSITE, geoVue's mapping and demographic analysis software. The application allows La Petite’s real estate professionals to identify demand and also generate presentation-quality site evaluation packages.

La Petite Academy also engaged geoVue's professional services team to conduct a strategic market optimization study. This analysis will consider La Petite's existing academy locations, potential new locations, competition, customer behavior and demand in order to develop a market blueprint development plan. The study will allow La Petite's real estate team to search for new locations that maximize revenue and minimize cannibalization for the entire school network.

Also, La Petite has licensed targetVue, geoVue's direct mail optimization solution.
