Kroll Direct Marketing, Plainsboro, NJ, will combine its four companies — Kroll Direct, Media Management Group, Compiled Solutions and Kroll International — into divisions under the Kroll Direct Marketing banner.
Kroll Direct Marketing started as a brokerage company 10 years ago, according to Leland Kroll, president. Media Management opened six months afterward as its list management counterpart. Compiled Solutions followed five years later offering list compilation services, and Kroll International was introduced last year.
“We felt that from a marketing and communications standpoint it's less confusing as we move forward with e-commerce,” said Kroll.
There are several Web marketing initiatives and strategic alliances in the works at Kroll Direct. Kroll plans to announce them later this year.
