Financial services company KeyBank has named Sapient Interactive as its interactive agency of record.
Sapient Interactive will create, manage and deliver digital marketing for KeyBank’s online entities.
KeyBank and Sapient Interactive have been working together since last fall when the microsite “Money Needs Attention” was launched. The microsite was established to connect KeyBank with its customers and answer questions about how to manage money during the recession.
“The KeyBank team realizes that in today’s current economic climate, organizations must rethink traditional customer service approaches in favor of ones that effectively address the evolving needs of their customers,” said Jeff Jarret, VP, managing director at Sapient Interactive, in a statement. “As its interactive agency of record, we are working with KeyBank to establish a customer-focused online presence that employs a personal style.”
