Kelliher Samets Volk expanded its services to include direct marketing in its Burlington, VT, base.
The agency hired Suesan Randlett as director of the new direct marketing group and promoted Shelly Robbie to creative director from associate creative director at the shop. Both report to Yoram Samets, managing director of Kelliher Samets Volk. Founded in 1977, Kelliher Samets Volk has more than 50 employees in Burlington and New York, where it runs its Platinum Design shop.
Randlett has worked on clients like Hermes, L.L. Bean and MetLife. She most recently worked at Evergreen Direct, Middlebury, VT, ending a 13-year stint there before moving agencies. She began her marketing career with Steuben Glass.
Robbie joined Kelliher Samets Volk in 2003. She previously managed clients like Transamerica, GE Financial Services and Blue Cross Blue Shield when she ran her own firm. She also spent 11 years at Evergreen Direct.
