J.L. Halsey combines holdings

J.L. Halsey, a provider of marketing technology services, has reorganized and consolidated its management team.

Under the new structure, management and operations across the company’s four marketing software holdings are now combined into a single, integrated company. The changes were completed August 28.

Luis Rivera will serve as CEO of the new management team, with Peter Biro as COO and Joe Lambert as CFO. New additions to the team include Sean Ryan as VP of engineering. Ray Polanco recently joined J.L. Halsey as director of support and services – an effort by the company to boost its technology team and customer support.

J.L. Halsey is developing an integrated technology platform for marketers to be unveiled later this year. The goal is to provide a platform that centralizes engineering, sales, product management, marketing and customer support functions. Company executives see the streamlining of operations as an important step in the process.

The company’s newly combined marketing software acquisitions are Lyris Technologies, EmailLabs, ClickTracks and Hot Banana. These holdings provide J.L. Halsey with e-mail marketing, Web analytics and Web content management capabilities. J.L. Halsey acquired all of the software companies within the past two years.
