Jamba Juice, a retailer of juices, breads and other items with 300 retail outlets, has implemented PowerCenter, a customer relationship management solution from Astute Solutions, the Columbus, OH-based CRM provider announced yesterday.
PowerCenter is a consumer response and tracking system that integrates multiple channels of communication and multiple customer databases. Jamba Juice selected PowerCenter for its flexibility and e-mail management capabilities. The company estimates that 90 percent of its customer communications are conducted via email.
As part of the PowerCenter implementation, Astute recommended changes in Jamba Juice's e-mail contact form to enhance the efficiency of the process and ensure customers provide the necessary information.
