Intellidyn offers new marketing models for mortgage industry

Intellidyn Corp. said it now offers five new marketing models to help the mortgage industry more precisely target prospects for specific loan products without having to make prescreen offers.

Intellidyn, Boston, which offers direct response marketing and multichannel database marketing solutions for ROI-based acquisition and retention strategies, said its new non-credit models enable lenders to increase response and conversion rates by targeting their direct mail or telemarketing efforts toward prospects identified as most likely to respond to offers by the new marketing models. Five new available models target prospects most likely to respond to offers for: Prime Jumbo Purchase, Prime Jumbo Refinance, FHA Refinance, FHA Purchase, or Subprime Refinance.

Intellidyn’s credit models are now available to lenders, brokers and bankers with loan volumes of $25 million per month or greater that are seeking to increase funding volumes, add new products and channels, and expand market coverage. Pricing for credit models is based on lead volume and selected ancillary services. Ability to purchase credit models is subject to approval.
