Business Matchmaking, a joint effort by Hewlett-Packard Co. and the U.S. Small Business Administration, has asked Inktel Direct, Miami Lakes, FL, to handle inbound call center services.
The new venture is designed to help small businesses nationwide compete for outsourcing contracts from government agencies and large corporations.
Inktel’s call center agents will offer customer service help and process fulfillment requests from small business owners. The company will also handle e-mail queries and responses through live chats on a portal.
