Stockholders of ClickAction Inc., an e-mail marketing solutions provider, approved the acquisition of the company by infoUSA, the two companies said yesterday.
The transaction closed at the end of business yesterday. Under the agreement, Omaha, NE-based infoUSA will acquire all of ClickAction's outstanding stock for up to $4.1 million in cash.
ClickAction clients include Columbia House, Talbots, Johnston & Murphy, the American Diabetes Association, The Nature Conservancy and Sunset.
ClickAction will be a division of infoUSA and retain its name.
