Infographic: The future of marketing is video, video, video

It’s fitting that this new infographic by iStock is actually a video, since it’s all about how the future of marketing lies in the format.

This entertaining, 1:24 minute animated film (made in the style of a 1950s infomercial) brings the new digital world to life. Driving home the point that the future consumer of all content and media will expect everything to be video, it declares “nothing else holds his attention.” 

It’s a bit extreme, but it’s fun to watch. And there’s no arguing that out of all the online content formats, video is the most compelling, for advertisers and publishers alike.
