Yesterday, software reviews website TrustRadius released its comprehensive buying guide for marketing automation platforms, based on 400 customer reviews of some of the top solutions in the industry.
For the enterprise customer market, TrustRadius declared the leaders to be Oracle’s Eloqua, Marketo and Salesforce’s Pardot. It’s interesting to note that Adobe’s Neolane and Salesforce ExactTarget weren’t as high in the mix as the others, especially Act-On Software and Marketo, who have traditionally been targeting smaller sized customers. TrustRadius points out that within large enterprises, Act-On is mostly used internally, but Marketo has recently been making an aggressive push into the enterprise level software space.
