ICT Group Wins 2-Year Pfizer Contract

ICT Group, Newtown, PA, will provide customer service support to pharmaceutical developer Pfizer Inc.'s Living Share Card health benefit program in a two-year contract announced yesterday.

Financial terms were not disclosed. Pfizer offers the Living Share Card program to senior and disabled Medicare enrollees who do not have prescription-drug coverage.

Members of the program can obtain Pfizer medications for a flat $15 fee per prescription, which includes a 30-day supply of medicine. The Living Share Card program has 179,000 people enrolled.

ICT Group will provide inbound telephone support for the program's help line. Agents will answer consumer questions, gather data to enroll new applicants to the program and take member calls.

The teleservices firm is partnering with a third party to provide program enrollment processing and fulfillment. ICT Group has provided teleservices support to Pfizer since March 2001, when it began a separate three-year contract to provide CRM services to the drug maker.
