Teleservices provider ICT Group Inc., Langhorne, PA, said Friday that it has signed two new customer care agreements for clients within its ICT Internet Support Services division.
ICT will provide a simultaneous voice and data interface for the Web site of ebDirect Insurance Service, San Francisco, and also will handle inbound customer care, e-mail management, automated fax processing and other services.
For Mi8, a New York application services provider, ICT will provide help desk support, contact management, registration and troubleshooting services for Mi8 clients that use Microsoft Outlook, Office 2000, Goldmine and Lotus Notes.
