HRWebXpress.com has named Global Interactive Direct, Valley Forge, PA, to handle its online and offline marketing.
The agency is charged with marketing that draws job seekers and employers to HRWebXpress.com, which debuted in January.
HRWebXpress.com introduced a program that automates the pre-screening function with e-mail correspondence features. A candidate-sourcing feature in the program is designed to improve candidate identification.
Through this program, HRWebXpress said employers are able to reduce the time and cost per hire while boosting the recruiter's effectiveness.
