HP and the Association of Small Business Development Centers, Washington, said this week that they formed a strategic relationship under HP's referral program that will deliver technology products to young and growing businesses through the ASBDC Web site.
Through asbdc.org, more than 600,000 small to medium-sized businesses will have access to HP's portfolio of IT products.
