Online services firm Hostopia.com Inc. filed for an initial public offering.
The Mississauga, Ontario-based Hostopia.com filed the registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. It also filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with the IPO.
RBC Capital Markets will do the underwriting for the offering, which is available at www.sedar.com for Canada and www.sec.gov for the U.S
