The Beryl Companies said yesterday that it will provide inbound customer contact service for Methodist Healthcare, a network of seven hospitals in Memphis, TN.
Beryl customer contact agents will service calls to Methodist Healthcare's Neurosciences program, Cancer Institute, Bariatric Surgery program, Cardiology program and Interventional Radiology program. Financial details were not disclosed.
Methodist Healthcare serves eastern Arkansas, western Tennessee and northern Mississippi, employing 10,200 associates and maintaining 1,805 hospital beds. Methodist Healthcare also operates several rural clinics and a home health agency.
Beryl, Bedford, TX, operates a call center in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company has served 500 hospital and other healthcare organizations since 1985.
