HomeBuilder.com, a source for new homes and part of the Homestore.com family of Web sites, said yesterday it entered a national alliance with nine of the largest home builders in the United States.
HomeBuilder.com, Dallas, will provide Internet-based new-home content and products for the building communities represented by Centex Homes, U.S. Home Corp., Ryland Group, Richmond American Homes, M/I Schottenstein Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, Toll Brothers, Drees Homes and Champion Enterprises.
Under the agreement, HomeBuilder.com will gather and update new-home pricing and availability for the builders’ Web sites and its own HomeBuilder.com destination. Advertising and links will also be available to help drive additional traffic to the builders’ sites.
