Web analytics provider WebSideStory, San Diego, said yesterday that Herbalife International, a weight-management company, is using the company's HBX analytics solution to better serve its independent distributors.
Herbalife, Los Angeles, is improving lead generation and optimizing site content on its distributor portals with HBX.
By selecting an on-demand service, Herbalife already has improved its reporting efficiency compared with its previous Web log file software package. Before Herbalife shifted from software to on-demand services, one person spent several hours weekly processing and distributing reports. Herbalife now can schedule reports to be delivered automatically. Marketing employees can get access on-demand to hundreds of reports.
