QuestDirect, a direct-to-consumer online health testing service, has chosen The Beryl Cos. to provide inbound teleservices and customer contact services via online chat and e-mail.
Beryl telephone agents at the agency's 50,000-square-foot call center in Dallas will respond to customer inquiries generated by the QuestDirect toll-free hotline and the company's Web site. Beryl also is providing interactive voice response services.
In addition, Beryl representatives will be responsible for releasing confidential test results to consumers who use QuestDirect's online service. QuestDirect offers more than 25 health tests, which consumers can order online and then visit a QuestDirect health center to perform the test itself.
Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
