Headsets.com Adds BTB Catalog

After using solo mail pieces and the Internet, 3-year-old Headsets.com Inc. has added a full-color, 48-page, business-to-business print catalog.

Mike Faith, president/CEO of San Francisco-based Headsets.com, plans to continue prospecting by using solo mail pieces.

“With the development of the new catalog, we now have a suitable tool to maximize revenues from our 44,000-strong customer base and to successfully service the call-center and other emerging office markets,” he said.

The book has an expected office life of about 16 weeks, during which “we'll be augmenting initial sales with secondary solo mailings aimed at getting the customer back into the book.”

Headsets.com specializes in selling telephone headsets to the office and call center market. The company attracts online sales using an offline-to-online sales model supported by an inbound call center. The firm's range of office, wireless and cellular headsets includes models from Plantronics, GN Netcom and its own proprietary brand.
