Harte-Hanks Introduces Multichannel Solution

Harte-Hanks Inc. yesterday began offering Harte-Hanks M/CIS (Multi-Channel Information System), a marketing software solution for planning, executing and tracking multisegment promotions using automated customer data analysis.

M/CIS is built on Harte-Hanks proprietary P/CIS database and Desktop Direct software technology used by retailers and financial service companies.

According to Billerica, MA-based Harte-Hanks, M/CIS allows organizations to track and to analyze customer touch points, behaviors and preferences to drive subsequent customer communications in mail, telephone, e-mail and other media.

Meanwhile, Harte-Hanks' Trillium Software division announced that Oracle Corp. has embedded the Trillium technology into Oracle Warehouse Builder.

Trillium lets users investigate, identify, validate and match customer information from diverse data sources and legacy systems, while maintaining a current and accurate view of their data.
