Harte-Hanks Inc. now offers more than 20,000 permission-based e-mail addresses for high-level corporate contacts including chief executive officers, chief operating officers, chief financial officers and chief information officers at leading U.S. companies and institutions, the company said yesterday.
These e-mail addresses are part of the 430,000 contained in the Technology E-mail Database from Harte-Hanks.
The e-mail address list, assembled through direct contact by Harte-Hanks researchers, includes high-level executives from the Fortune 1000, Forbes 500, 69 federal and state government agencies, 150 of the largest U.S. universities and many smaller, non-ranked/classified enterprises. The executive e-mail list is anticipated to grow to more than 30,000 addresses by the end of the year.
For each e-mail address, permission and follow-up verification are obtained monthly when researchers from the company's market intelligence team interview 60,000 information technology buyers for the CI Technology Database, the world's largest and most in-depth business technology database. The database monitors spending plans at the 410,000 businesses in North America, Europe and Latin America that are doing two-thirds of today's IT spending.
The new high-level executive e-mail list provides unprecedented targeting ability with the use of technology and demographic criteria from the CI Technology Database.
Actual e-mail transmissions using this list, or any part of it, are sent by Harte-Hanks on behalf of the client, with the response being directed to the client.
List rentals for the executive list are priced at $450/M, plus $20/M per selector.
