Harrah's Entertainment is expected today to relaunch its consumer Web site, www.harrahs.com, which will gain customizable features for members of its Total Rewards player loyalty program.
The service, called E-Total Rewards, will offer customers account information, benefits and comps in real time via the Internet.
Total Rewards is available at the gold, platinum and diamond levels. It tracks a customer's play and offers incentives to consolidate gaming activities at the company's 21 Harrah's Rio and Showboat casinos across the United States.
Via the Web, members of the Total Rewards program will be able to edit their personal profiles; gain real-time access to their tiered score total; determine the number of reward credits needed to attain a higher level of membership with premium benefits; view casino offers and comps sorted by casino property and offer type; and link to available partner privileges, including savings on Hertz car rentals and the opportunity to earn cash purchases on a Harrah's MBNA Visa card.
In addition to the Total Rewards components, the new site will offer other new features such as online hotel reservations, last-minute “hot deals,” the rates on any date of the year and a special section for casino packages at Harrah's Nevada casinos through America West Vacations' hotel and air packages.
