Database marketing tool provider The John Harland Co. last month launched Relationship Manager, a decision-support tool for financial institutions. The company said the manager delivers timely customer behavior information throughout an organization.
“An MCIF takes a picture of customer behavior at a distinct point in time,” said Mark Perlberg, senior vice president and president of the financial markets division at Harland, Atlanta. “The Relationship Manager system gives financial institutions immediate information about customers' behavior. It quickly distributes relationship data to the people who need it most in a format they can use.”
Perlberg said anyone within a financial institution can use the Relationship Manager, including customer service representatives.
