Hanover Direct Inc., Weehawken, NJ, a specialty direct marketer, has announced that Richard M. Metzler will be heading its recently-launched Keystone Fulfillment Inc., a direct commerce third party fulfillment services subsidiary.
“Dick brings to Hanover broad and deep management experience in logistics, direct marketing, express delivery industries and customer service center operations,” said Rakesh K. Kaul, president/CEO for Hanover Direct. “With Dick leading the team, our third party fulfillment business can successfully expand to meet all of the back-end fulfillment needs of Internet and direct marketers.”
Metzler joins Hanover from GE Capital/Transport International Pool.
