Hanover Direct Inc., Weehawken, NJ, yesterday reported consolidated revenues of $169.2 million, an increase of 3.4 percent from $163.6 million for the same quarter in 1998.
Total 1999 revenues were reported at $549.9 million, a 0.7 percent gain from 1998’s revenues of $546.1 million.
Hanover Brands — its BTC subsidiary comprising its catalog and online portfolio of proprietary home fashions, apparel, general merchandise and gift brands — reported income before interest and taxes of $5.4 million in the fourth quarter, bringing its 1999 income before interest and taxes to $10.4 million.
The cataloger publishes Domestications, The Company Store and Gump’s By Mail catalogs.
