Habeas partners with Cloudmark and Eleven GmbH

E-mail reputation services firm Habeas Inc. has partnered with two messaging security firms: Cloudmark Inc. and spam monitoring firm Eleven GmbH.

In a move to increase deliverability, Cloudmark will intelegrate Habeas SafeList for its backend processing to help make sure that Habeas certified e-mails get delivered correctly to recipients’ inboxes.

Eleven GmbH, a German-based integrated e-mail security services firm, will use the Habeas SafeList in conjunction with its security databases for enterprises and ISPs.

“Our partnerships with Cloudmark and Eleven expand the ISPs that they get their e-mails sent to,” said Des Cahill, CEO of Habeas. “Now they are building recognition of the Habeas safelist into their spam filtering technology.”

Cloudmark’s e-mail filtering system currently monitors more than 300 million e-mail inboxes. The Habeas SafeList will aid in this service by identifying legitimate e-mail senders, as well as delivering and rendering those messages identified as legitimate e-mail. Its clients include EarthLink, Comcast, Cablevision, Charter Communications, Cox Communications, NTT Communications, Swisscom. Eleven’s clients include ISPs such as T-Online, Lycos, freenet.de, and O2 as well as BMW Group, Nokia, German Banking Association, Air Berlin and Vodaphone.

Habeas executives were traveling at press time and could not be reached for comment.
