Government Printing Office searching for direct mail firm for Air Force mailings

The US Government Printing Office is looking for an agency to manage direct mail duties for the US Air Force Recruiting Service at Randolph Air Force Base in Texas.

The government agency will award the winning firm a one-year contract with four optional 12-month extensions. The deadline for replies is June 23 at 2 pm CST.

The agency will be responsible for direct mail pieces including forms, reply cards, self-mailers, fact folders and envelopes. Each printing order will have quantities from 7,500 to 3,400,000. The account will include about nine orders per year, with an average of 60,000 copies of each item, according to the request for qualifications.

A Government Printing Office representative could not be immediately reached for comment.
