Gould Paper Corp. has completed the restructuring of management at its Price & Pierce Asia-Pacific unit.
Harry E. Gould Jr., chairman and president of New York-based Gould Paper, announced the restructuring in a statement.
The Australasia regional managing director position has been cut, but the incumbent, Karl Hedgman, will continue as managing director of Price & Pierce New Zealand. He also will have oversight over the Australia market.
Mr. Hedgman will report directly to Bob Well, president of Gould Distribution.
Gould Paper Corp. distributes printing and business papers. It operates in the United States, Britain, France, Finland, Dubai, Singapore, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China and the Philippines.
