Gold equipment manufacturer and direct marketer Trinity Golf Inc. has agreed to jointly market the products of Freedom Golf Corp. in anticipation of the upcoming merger of the two companies, Freedom Golf said yesterday.
Trinity Golf will act as a distributor for Freedom Golf and market its inventory, including Freedom's line of golf clubs and the Freedom 345, a three, four and five fairway wood combined into a single club. Trinity Golf markets its products through direct response television and infomercials.
The goal of the agreement is to generate revenue from sales with the aim of eliminating Freedom Golf's debt prior to its merger with Trinity. Further information about the deal was not disclosed.
