Godiva Direct, a division of Godiva Chocolatier, has engaged MBS, Central Islip, NY, to provide an array of marketing services, the CRM and marketing database solutions provider said yesterday.
Godiva Direct joins its sister division, Godiva Retail, as an MBS client.
MBS will implement its Klondike database solution, which includes modules for campaign management, ad-hoc query and reporting, and On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP).
MBS' Analytical Solutions and Strategic Services teams will help Godiva Direct identify customer insights to improve campaign response rates, targeting of customer communications and return on its marketing investment.
Godiva Chocolatier owns and operates more than 270 boutiques in North America and also operates catalog and Web operations.
