Computer direct marketer Global DirectMail Corp., Port Washington, NY, yesterday announced a partnership with Digital River, Minneapolis, to offer Digital River’s software and other downloadable products through its Web site in the United States, located at www.globalcomputers.com, and two sites in the United Kingdom. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Meanwhile Digital River also announced yesterday that it would provide web-hosting and e-commerce management services to Fujitsu PC Corp., which is launching a direct sales effort for its laptop computers in the United States. Digital River said Fujitsu will be the first customer to use its CommerceBridge service, which provides end-to-end e-commerce solutions.
