Genius.com Inc., a business-to-business marketing and lead generation company, has teamed up with e-mail delivery services firm Message Systems.
Genius selected Message Systems to meet increases in deliverability product demand from customers, as well as the industry’s growing e-mail deliverability requirements. In recent years, it is considered a best practice for e-mail marketers to pay attention to their e-mail reputation, in order to increase their deliverability.
“With Message Systems, we have real-time visibility to delivery rates, failures and ISP feedback loops, and can work proactively with our customers to fine tune their processes, increasing contact rates with prospects,” said Shirley Foster, VP of engineering and operations at Genius.com in a statement.
Genius.com clients will now have access to their deliverability feedback. The Message Systems technology also will help Genius.com scale its e-mail deliverability and accommodate its growth in both the small-to-medium business and enterprise-level segments. Genius.com’s customer base sends out millions of e-mails per month, and as the business grows, the amount of e-mails grows as well.
