MIAMI BEACH–That is, the “Oh, shit!” moment, according to leadership guru Steve Farber, who delivered the keynote speech at today’s Electronic Retailing Association’s Mid-Winter Conference & Trade Expo.
There is no transformation without the “OS!M,” according to Farber, the moment when the die is cast and there’s no turning back.
Another of the key ingredients in leadership, Farber said, is audacity, which he defined as “a bold and blatant disregard for normal restraint in order to make the world a better place.”
