The Frederiksen Group recently reorganized its corporate structure to take advantage of the changing landscape of DRTV. It has grown by nearly 20 employees and currently consists of six partnered yet wholly independent parts: Frederiksen Television, a full-service electronic retailing company; ClickonFred.com, an internet e-business solutions provider; Frederiksen Global, which focuses on global distribution built on an e-commerce backbone; Frederiksen Entertainment, which provides entertainment companies with electronic retailing marketing solutions; Frederiksen Media, a seller of internet and television advertising blocks; and TVI, a capital fund for electronic retailing ventures.
