Charles Stiles has been hired by Goodmail Systems as VP of worldwide business development.
Stiles will lead the company’s global ISP policy on behalf of CertifiedEmail senders and will oversee deployment of Goodmail’s new CertifiedEmail-based Applications Platform.
CertifiedEmail is a way for consumers and marketers alike to identify messages from legitimate commercial and nonprofit senders. These messages are delivered straight to the inbox past content and volume filters with all links and images rendered on default and displayed with a blue trust seal in the e-mail interface.
During his ten years at AOL, Stiles focused on the customer experience through a use of technology in Member Services, the AOL Network Operation Center and, most recently, as postmaster.
