Focus USA Identifies Multichannel Shoppers

Focus USA, Hackensack, NJ, announced Friday the launch of Multi-Channel Shopper ID, a tool it developed to help direct marketers identify multichannel shoppers on their house files and target multichannel prospects with the Focus USA database.

The tool was developed from the shopping behavior on Focus USA's 200 million-record database.

Though most multichannel marketers know which of their house file customers shop through their channels, they may not know which of their customers are multichannel shoppers elsewhere, according to the firm.
