Firstwave Technologies Inc., a CRM solutions provider for the sports and high-tech industries, announced a partnership yesterday with Paciolan, a ticketing-technology provider, to market an integrated ticketing and CRM solution for sports organizations.
Firstwave's solution includes a database system and a participant and fan management system. Paciolan's software powers the sale of 100 million tickets annually, about 25 percent of all live-event tickets sold in the United States.
The integration of these two technologies will let sports organizations automate the selling and allocation of tickets in real time while capturing and analyzing data about individual ticket purchasers. This will give the organizations access to tools to drive revenue, increase targeted marketing and market discovery and improve customer service.
Firstwave and Paciolan's ticketing/CRM solution has been deployed by ChampionsWorld, a U.S.-based sports promoter of fan organizations for soccer clubs.
