According to FirstLogic, Rapid – which stands for Rapid Application Integration Deployment – is a simplified architecture designed for end users, systems integrators and other technology vendors.
The architecture of Rapid allows it to free up resources and reduce the Application Programming Interface knowledge previously needed to integrate custom applications by offering interfaces such as C++ and ActiveX.
