DATAMATX Inc. has licensed FirstLogic’s Mover I.D. solution to help it meet new U.S. Postal Service NCOALink requirements.
The USPS began offering the NCOALink program Oct. 1 as a secure alternative to the National Change of Address and FASTforward programs.
NCOALink offers an expanded set of mover information and improved matching capabilities.
The USPS has three levels of user licensing of NCOALink, each with its own pricing structure: end-user mailer; limited service provider; and full service provider. Firstlogic's solution supports all three levels.
Mover I.D. is part of Firstlogic's Postalsoft suite of mail automation software, which helps mailers correct, standardize and enhance mailing lists, match and consolidate duplicate information and prepare and sort database records to USPS standards, ensuring fast delivery and maximum postage savings.
Mover I.D. supports the NCOALink program by providing a direct link to USPS Change of Address data that is licensed directly from the USPS.
The solution is available for Microsoft Windows- and UNIX-based (including Linux) computing platforms.
