Ferndale Laboratories Inc., a privately held pharmaceutical company, selected StayinFront to provide a two-phased CRM system and turnkey services, Fairfield, NJ-based StayinFront said yesterday.
Ferndale Laboratories will deploy StayinFront's Panorama relational online analytical processing tool as the first phase of the implementation. Panorama will provide data analysis capabilities to assess field force activities and customer return on investment.
The second phase will include deployment of StayinFront's Visual Elk CRM solution for managing and integrating all points of customer interaction.
The company also will use StayinFront's full suite of turnkey services: Help Desk, Asset Management, Facilities Management and Server/Infrastructure Leasing.
