Experian and Marketswitch have teamed to create an end-to-end database marketing and campaign management solution, the companies said yesterday.
The solution, to be launched by Experian, will combine Experian's database information and software with the customer-level optimization decisioning capabilities of Marketswitch, Dulles, VA.
Experian, Costa Mesa, CA, said the integrated solution will let clients design campaigns based on customer insight, specified corporate business goals, risk and operational constraints.
Client performance data and Experian credit and demographic data will be fed into the Marketswitch optimization process, which will develop recommendations for more effective targeting within the client's campaigns.
The solution will be available on a hosted basis and target mid-tier customers.
