Experian is expected to debut Quick Predict today, a predictive segmentation and modeling tool that uses its BehaviorBank database of more than 35 million households and its Insource database of more than 110 million.
Using survey data from a small part of a firm's customer base, Quick Predict can provide marketers with likely behavior across their house files, according to the Orange, CA-based company.
Quick Predict also can identify likely prospects from its Insource database by predicting the likelihood of individual households to perform in specific ways.
Other uses for Quick Predict recommended by Experian include identifying cross-sell opportunities, supplementing customer-retention programs and enhancing market research programs. In addition, Quick Predict can forecast customer responsiveness over multiple channels such as direct mail, e-mail, call center and point of sale.
Quick Predict is faster and more cost-effective than having custom models built, Experian said.
