Ernst & Young LLP, New York, last month announced it will soon deliver a joint customer relationship management solution with Oracle Corp., Redwood Shores, CA. Ernst & Young said the agreement is intended to help facilitate growth for their mutual clients.
Through the agreement the two will market, sell and implement Oracle CRM applications and provide collaborative CRM solutions initially to joint clients in the telecommunications, financial services, high technology and industrial manufacturing sectors. The new solution will be showcased at the Oracle Delivery Center located in Ernst & Young’s Advanced Development Center in Chicago.
