PRIMIS Marketing Group Inc., Chicago, announced that it appointed John V. Healy yesterday as its new president/CEO, replacing company co-founder Robert K. Sher, who assumes the role of chairman.
Healy most recently was group executive at Equifax Marketing Services, Atlanta. Before joining Equifax in January 2004, he spent two years at DoubleClick Inc., New York. Prior to that he was senior vice president of Equifax Direct Marketing Solutions, formerly a division of R.L. Polk.
Equifax named Owen Flynn to Healy's former post. Flynn has held several leadership positions within Equifax and most recently served as chief technology officer.
