Direct marketer Epsilon, Burlinton, MA, announced a new strategic partnership with Target Software, Cambridge, MA, in which Epsilon will utilize Target’s Team Approach fundraising system. The system will be the core product in a best-of-breed solution to help manage donor and member databases for clients of Epsilon who are looking to outsource their database management.
Epsilon plans to use the system with its Epsilon Campaign Manager system. Target Software will continue to use its Business Objects reporting tool to market the Team Approach software to organizations looking to implement an in-house system.
Epsilon provides information-based marketing services to help its clients build and enhance their relationships with their donors. Services include creative concept development and direct marketing programs, marketing strategy, marketing information systems consulting, database development and management, analytical modeling and statistical analysis.
