E.piphany Inc., a customer relationship management software provider, is teaming with ChannelWave Software Inc., a partner relationship management firm, in an effort to use company sales channels more effectively, the companies said yesterday.
Under terms of the agreement, ChannelWave and E.piphany will offer insight for organizations looking to increase sales revenues across multiple distribution channels.
E.piphany's analytics and reporting capabilities will bolster ChannelWave's PRM software to provide organizations with a view of both partner sales performance and customer behavior, the companies said. The combination allows organizations to identify and recruit partners and then create personalized marketing campaigns with them, they said.
